Preparations for the 80th RILEM Week are gaining momentum, with the Organising Committee scheduled to meet on 24 February 2026 to advance planning discussions. The prestigious international event will take place from 5–12 September 2026.

The Organising Committee is led by Prof. Silvester Abuodha and comprises:

The upcoming meeting will focus on finalising key aspects of conference logistics, technical sessions, partnerships, delegate engagement, and overall programme coordination to ensure the successful hosting of the event.

Co-Hosting Institution

The 80th RILEM Week will be co-hosted in collaboration with the Cement and Concrete Institute of Meru University of Science and Technology, strengthening institutional partnerships and enhancing the regional impact of the conference.
