The growth of Kenya's economy had led to increased urbanization and thus creating a huge demand for residential buildings. Therefore, as a result of high population of people moving from rural areas to the city in pursuit of employment, to join universities, some for the conducive climate and others seeking health facilities from renown hospitals like Nairobi Hospital, Aga Khan University Hospital and Kenyatta hospital specially in Nairobi. When the country adopted the system of devolution with the aim of expanding its development agenda to all parts of the country, foreign investors and local investors had taken advantage of the excellent opportunity to do business in the country. The construction of this residential building will be able to accommodate the existing demand and help people to tap into future demands. Therefore, there was need for modern and affordable houses since the precious resource land is diminishing rapidly.
