Fourier series:

 

Periodic functions, odd and even functions, Expansion of functions in Fourier series over a full range and half-range, Dirichlet's conditions.  Differentiation and integration of Fourier series.  Fourier integrals and Fourier transforms.

 

Laplace Transforms:

 

Properties of laplace transforms, differentiation and integration, inverse transforms, application to solution of differential equations, Convulution theorem.

 

Ordinary Differential Equations:

 

Series solutions applied to Legendre and Bessel equations.

 

Partial Differential Equations:

 

Method of separation of variable applied to Laplace's Heat and Wave equations.  Use of Fourier series in a simple boundary value problems.
